Row-level security on live sources

Governance without duplication

The traditional way to give different people different views of a dashboard is to copy data into per-team extracts. That multiplies storage, drifts out of date, and creates exactly the uncontrolled copies a security team wants to avoid.

The dashboard runs as you

In Nexus, a dashboard is a Site that calls the platform as the viewing user. Two people opening the same dashboard each see only the data their RBAC and per-resource grants allow — from the same live sources, with no copies.

Filters that follow identity

Because access follows the platform's roles rather than a separate dashboard permission model, there is nothing extra to keep in sync. Add a person to a role, and every report and dashboard immediately reflects it.

Auditable by default

Every query a dashboard runs is governed and logged, so you can prove who saw what — a property that copy-based reporting can never offer.
