Writes to NetSuite through the netsuite_post_journal_entry tool. Accounts and subsidiaries are read live, so a closed account cannot be picked.
You hold one permission on this workspace: Accounting — JE Post.
It allows exactly this tool and nothing else — no query access, no other tool, no administration. Every entry you post is recorded against your identity with its arguments and NetSuite's response.

Period 2026-08 is open. Debits and credits must balance before the entry can be posted.
The memo travels to NetSuite as the entry's memo field and is searchable there.
